Why did we split the formulation into 2 different tablets?
There are many benefits to splitting our formulation into 2 tablets, primarily sensitivity and absorption.
Some nutrients enhance the absorption of others. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron, and Vitamin D increases the absorption of calcium. However, calcium and zinc both inhibit iron absorption, so it is best to be taken separately.
There are optimal times to take different nutrients. B vitamins are best taken in the morning as they help the body produce energy from food and may affect sleep if taken later in the day. Whereas, Magnesium taken at night can help to relax the body and promote sleep.
